I’m excited to be participating in the Madison Park Art Walk this year for the first time….nice and close to home. The party is happening this week on Friday Sept 9 from 5pm – 9pm throughout the Madison Park business district in Seattle on the shores of Lake Washington. This event is filled with ART, LIVE MUSIC, FOOD and FUN followed by movie shorts in the park hosted by IndieFlix with popcorn and refreshments served! The art shows will continue to be on display until September 25 so don’t worry if you can’t make it to the Friday event. My paintings will be exhibited at Home Street Bank, 4036 E Madison St, along with Barbara Dunshee’s whimsical ceramic sculptures.
Start your evening at the Starbucks reception, 4000 E Madison Street, where each artist has one piece on display. My new orchid painting, above, may greet you there. Amazing treats were served last year at Starbucks and other locations, so bring your appetite.
