Spark&Thread, New to Seattle’s Capitol Hill Art Walk!
1909 E Aloha St. Seattle, WA
August 11, 5-8PM
“Watercolorist, Sandy Haight, is showing her stunning “Floralscapes, the landscape inside the bloom.” Realistic, yet abstractly surreal.”
“Ceramic artist, Adrien Miller, is showing his alluring and sensually sculpted vases and bowls. “A playful exploration of flowing colors, dripping and dancing over vessels and figures.”
Join me on Thursday at Spark&Thread gallery during the Capitol Hill Art Walk in Seattle! I’m showing:
- original paintings large and small
- framed and unframed giclee prints of many of my Floralscapes
- posters from the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.
Enjoy refreshments along with my art in the presence of the lively ceramic figurative art of my son Adrien Miller, and the playful furnishings of the owners, Solia Hermes and Juli Hudson for a colorful experience of creativity.
(If you are new to this list, I posted about the opening of this show in July linked here.)
The show continues through August 31 so if you can’t come and party with us on Thursday, try to see it another time this month. The gallery is open Wednesday – Saturday noon to 6pm. There’s an amazing bakery next door, Macrina’s, and the delicious Rocket Taco down the street on 19th. Make it an outing!
